Good question! I asked myself that same question at some point and my clients do it all the time. Well, I tell you something, you have to start with the most basic, start with yourself.
How to feel inspired again?
The key to building and developing a career that inspires you is to reconnect with yourself and to explore your purpose in life. Yes, it sounds quite spiritual, but that’s the idea. How can you feel motivated to do something if that something is not aligned with you, with what you value most, with what matters most to you? Simply if what you do does not go hand in hand with what you value most, you cannot be inspired for a long time, it is that simple and logical, and it has been that way since the human exists.
So, to change that routine, that feeling of reluctance and lack of growth, it’s time to take the following actions:
- Reconcile yourself with your personal values (what is most important in your life, not necessarily the ethical part)
- Explore your best qualities and skills
- Discover your purpose in life and how you can materialize it
- Set your priorities at a personal and professional level
